RYTHMOI Research
Research Methodology
Public evidence, dated observations and measured interpretation.
Research scope
We publish structured company financial briefs, annual earnings comparisons, sector frameworks and data observations. These materials support research and education; they do not provide personalized advice, forecasts or security recommendations.
Company selection
The initial universe contains 96 SEC-reporting issuers with usable annual financial observations in USD. Companies with missing or substantially old latest annual periods were excluded. Selection is editorial, not a ranking of investment quality, market capitalization or expected return.
Financial statement review
Financial values are selected from SEC XBRL annual records. Each company page preserves reporting periods, filed dates, currency, taxonomy tags and accession provenance. Annual periods may have different start and end dates. Custom tags and segment details may be absent. Missing values remain unavailable rather than zero.
Calculated measures
Net margin = net income / revenue × 100. Operating margin = operating income / revenue × 100. Gross margin = gross profit / revenue × 100. Free cash flow = operating cash flow − selected purchases of property, plant and equipment. This narrow FCF definition may differ from company non-GAAP measures. Revenue growth = (selected annual revenue − prior annual revenue) / prior annual revenue × 100; the base must be positive.
Valuation metrics
P/E, P/S, P/B, EV/EBITDA and FCF yield require dated, consistent numerator and denominator definitions. This release does not contain synchronized market prices, so price-based valuation values are withheld. Valuation sections explain the concepts without assigning fair values or price targets.
Filing review
The 80 filing notes are selected metadata-based reading guides. They identify the issuer, filing form, filing date, reported period and original SEC URL. They are not representations that the entire filing has been substantively reviewed. A list of reading questions is not a claim that the associated events occurred.
Sector classification
The six sector groups are editorial research categories, not GICS. Companies can span multiple business models. Our groupings deliberately put healthcare providers, consumer businesses and industrial manufacturers into useful research contexts; they do not purport to match every external taxonomy.
Sector data notes
Each sector has seven metrics for the latest selected annual observations and seven for the prior observations. Company ratios are equally weighted; the median is not a ratio of totals. Only positive denominators and available numerators qualify. All eligible company observations and reporting dates are shown. Samples have different fiscal year ends and are not market-wide indices. Cash-flow ratios for financial firms are particularly sensitive to business-model differences.
Sources and dates
The annual financial and issuer snapshots were collected September 18, 2026; selected filing metadata was collected September 18–21, 2026. These are reused dated public-source snapshots, not a claim of a new live retrieval. The initial edition was compiled September 26, 2026. Each source link shows its own filing date. Subsequent filings may exist outside this selected dataset.
Update frequency
This is a periodically maintained publication, not a continuously updated service. Changes are made to local content, reviewed, rebuilt and republished. No update schedule or freshness guarantee is promised. Compilation, source retrieval and financial period-end dates are different concepts.
Corrections
Please email agnew@rythmoiresearch.com with the page URL, the figure or statement in question and a primary source. Confirmed changes will update the relevant content and publication metadata. Source data is not independently audited by RYTHMOI LLC.
Limitations
Annual observations do not establish current-quarter performance. Accounting choices, restatements, acquisitions, foreign exchange and fiscal-week differences can distort comparisons. The dataset does not include a complete segment model, complete debt schedule, exhaustive filing archive or forecasts. Read the source filings and use independent judgment.
